LOAD WHEEL:

It is made up of Steel cast, machine completed to go well with load chain.

LOAD CHAIN:

It has a Wear resistance, heat treated, grade 80 special alloy steel link Chain as per I. S. 6216 standard.

GEARS:

The accuracy cut special steel spur gear with both the ends ascended on Ball Bearings for smooth even operation.

BRAKES:

The Disc type, spring loaded, brakes are offered for intense duty operations. The Brakes are of fail safe kind, which means in case of breakdown of electric supply brake takes action immediately. The Brakes are ascended or mounted on the non driving end of the motor and are accessible without any trouble.

HOOK

The Heavy duty steel forged hooks are in accordance to I.S. 8610 standard and are sustained on thrust bearings for free swivelling.

TROLLEY:

It comprises of M. S. side plates and trolley wheels which are ascended on ball bearings for even running.

LIMIT SWITCHES:

To put off over hoisting and over lowering, limit switches are offered as a security device.

ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL:

It comprises of air break kind direct on line, heavy duty reversing contractors less voltage transformer with fuse. If customer wants, excess relay can be offered at additional cost.

PENDENT PUSH BUTTON:

It has a strong heavy duty push button switch for working at 24 volts is shelved from the hoist. The push button is offered with Wire Rope to put off the pull on cable.
